Seven three-story townhouse units, staggered back along the lot in two-unit mirrored sets. Ground floor garages with stair to first floor with a kitchen, living room, and half-bath, and two second floor bedrooms, each with a bath. Patio doors lead to cantilevered balconies on the private rear of the building. The stepped-back façade, waist-band trim, and different siding exposures break up the expanse of the front façade. The design met Village District design requirements and easily passed Planning Board and code enforcement and NFPA life safety review.
